Rent Payment Options:
- Please pay rent via check or money order only. All payments should be made out to Geib Rental Properties.
- Mail. Your rent can be mailed to: PO Box 9085 Erie PA 16505.
- Pay in-person. Rent can be dropped off at our office during normal business hours.
- Secure drop-off. Rent can be deposited in our secure drop box located near the front door of our building.
*Our office is closed on all major holidays.
